MOTE Clubin kolmas viikonloppu kutsuu Helsingin UG-skeneä lauteille. Perjantaina luvassa on ensimmäinen kattaus Skooge Recordsin jengiä Stennabbin ja Ramazottin muodossa. Muun muassa Kaikussa, Merikerholla ja Puttesissa soittavan kaksikon levylaukuista löytyy monet sävyt syvemmän päädyn musasta; avainsanoina house, tekno ja deep groove.
”If you Skooge don´t forget the records”.

Hokka on tunnettu hahmo Turun ja Helsingin yöelämästä. Muun muassa teknoklubi Painon ja ravintolalaiva Donnan residensseistä tuttu Hokka liikkuu musiikillisesti monipuolisesti vanhan diskon ja uuden teknon välillä. Ominta musaa Hokalle on kuitenkin groovaava, yksinkertainen ja eteerinen house. DJ-settien lisäksi Hokka tuottaa osana PLAUS-kokoonpanoa, joiden ensimmäinen remix julkaistaan tänä kesänä. The third week of MOTE Club at Chic´s Flow Room welcomes the finest of Helsinki´s underground scene to bless the decks. The first part of Skooge Records comes in the form of Stennabb and Ramazotti. Regulars at the Helsinki club scene, including Kaiku, Merikerho and Putte´s, Stennabb & Ramazotti wonder somewhere between house and techno; either way, the deepest grooves are guaranteed.

Hokka is one of the local boys from the house/techno scene in Turku and Helsinki. Known from his residencies at the techno club Paino and Turku´s #1 houseboat Donna, Hokka´s musical flow ranges from disco to techno to that moving and grooving sound of simple, ethereal house. Also keep an eye for Hokka´s first remix as part of production group PLAUS, releasing this summer. Heat!

The beautiful Flow Room at the infamous Chic amazes with an architectural vibe from the 19th century combined with the musical vibe provided by guest DJ´s and MOTE residents.
