Our support can answer questions concerning our platform, ticket purchases and use of tickets.
However, in case you have questions about any particular event, such as ticket refunds or artists' schedule, please contact the event organizer directly. Ticted is only in charge of the event's ticket sales.
In case you have questions regarding ticket purchases, remember to provide us with the event's name and date and your order ID. This way we can work on the problem as quickly as possible. The order ID can be found from your ticket receipt which is sent to your user account's Email address.
